Required Upon Check in:

A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. The deposit must be provided on a credit card only (we do not accept debit or cash as a damage deposit). You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled 24 hrs in advance local hotel time day of arrival to avoid a 1 night cancellation and or no-show charge. *Reservations that cover the Formula 1 Grand Prix Weekend, Osheaga Weekend, and the Omnium National Bank Cup cannot be cancelled and are Non-Refundable. Same policy applies for other promos such as Non-Refundable, Advance Purchase, and Last Minute Bookings.

Guarantee Policy:

All arrivals require a guarantee by valid credit card with expiry date.

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Others:

Children under the age of 17 stay free when sharing a room with their parents in existing bedding.

Our establishment offers a 100% smoke-free environment.

Our pool is open from June to August.

Pets are not permitted.
